A perspective earnedthrough experience
From foundation to summit
For KVAN, moving from construction to place-making was a natural next step. It led to a contemporary approach shaped around the way people live each day.
We bring comfort, architecture and quality together in every place we create. Each project is somewhere people can connect with, feel at ease in and make part of their lives.
Created with PMD Group, Bahar Residence brings this approach to life in the city. Guided by the same principles, KVAN continues to create places that enrich daily life and contribute to Baku’s future.
“We are inspired by the way people live, grow and change.”
Homes should support the way people live.
Discipline and absolute precision are enduring conditions of excellence.
Lasting trust can be built only on complete transparency and shared responsibility.
Only quality passed from generation to generation leaves its mark on the city’s architectural history.
Meet our leadership team.
